Prices
Basic Research
$80/hour
There is a 6-hour minimum fee, which includes a 30-minute free consultation. This fee is normally enough to help solve a fairly simple problem in your existent tree.
Building a tree from scratch out to 4-6 generations requires a deposit for 10 hours to start. A 30-60 minute consultation is included.
Document Gathering
Repository Cost
Document price will be the going cost at each repository. For example, Nevada charges $20 for a search and one certified copy of a death certificate. Additional copies are $20.
Travel Mileage Reimbursement
$.70/mile
If I need to travel to the repository to gather a document, cost is $.70/mile for mileage up to two hours away from my business address.

Overnight Travel
Basic Research Cost Applies
$80/hour
Any research performed over the 6 hour minimum deposit will be billed at $40/hour.
Travel Method
Market Rate
For travel within 4 hours of my business address, there will be a charge of $.70/mile. Method of travel for over 4 hours from my business address will be agreed upon between me and the client, and may include an overnight stay.
Hotel
Market Rate
In the event of an overnight stay, the hotel to be agreed upon between me and the client for overnight travel.

Payment
I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and personal check. A deposit is required at the time the contract is signed.
